Krib prototype: a manager's portfolio with collection rate, mandates and buildings needing attention

A property-management product for Lagos taken from vision to a clickable prototype before any production code: the business case, the product requirements, a full design system and the screens for managers and tenants.

On this page
  1. One system, three surfaces
  2. The manager's workspace
  3. The tenant's app

One system, three surfaces

A manager workspace, a tenant app and an admin console share one design system, with light and dark themes both designed and an 8-pixel grid under everything.

The manager's workspace

The portfolio answers the question a property manager starts the day with: how much rent came in against what was expected, building by building, and which direct debits failed twice or were cancelled at the bank. Maintenance tickets move from reported to acknowledged, scheduled, in progress, resolved and closed, with the tenant's photos attached, and stale tickets are flagged after seven days. Billing sets the estate levies and exports statements for landlords who never log in.

The tenant's app

On the tenant's phone, one statement holds the rent, the estate levies and the utilities, electricity and TV included, with a single way to pay: a direct debit, set up once. Reporting a fault is a category, a photo and a sentence.
